1. Directory Purpose & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to the LYPS Connect Directory (accessible via lypsconnect.com and authorized domains), operated by LYPS Connect (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using this directory as a community visitor, youth participant, parent/guardian, school personnel, or youth service provider, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Youth Service Provider Responsibilities

Organizations, agencies, and providers submitting or editing program information agree to the following obligations:

• Accuracy of Information: You represent and warrant that all submitted details regarding program names, age/grade eligibility, costs, schedules, locations, and intake links are accurate and up to date.
• Authorized Representative: Anyone submitting changes via the Provider Verification Portal confirms they are authorized by the organization to represent its programs.
• Safety & Compliance: Providers operating youth programs must adhere to all applicable municipal, state, and federal laws regarding child safety, background checks, and non-discrimination.
• Audit & Verification: LYPS Connect reserves the right to review, audit, request documentation, or remove any provider listing that does not meet community safety or data fidelity standards.

3. Public Directory Use & Disclaimer

The LYPS Connect Directory is provided free of charge for public informational, educational, and referral purposes:

• Confirm Before Referring: Families, schools, and referral partners should confirm current availability, eligibility, cost, safety requirements, licensing, and enrollment details directly with each provider.
• Listing Status: “Provider Confirmed” means an organization representative reviewed or submitted the listing; the displayed date is the provider’s most recent confirmation date. “Source Verified” means LYPS Connect cross-checked the record against a current source, but the provider has not confirmed it. “Directory Listing” means the record has not yet been confirmed by the provider or source-verified. These labels are not accreditation, licensing, safety certification, or endorsement.
• No Endorsement: Inclusion does not constitute endorsement, accreditation, approval, or a guarantee of outcomes by LYPS Connect or its supporting and collaborating partners.
• Third-Party Websites: External links to registration portals, websites, or application links are governed by the terms and policies of those third-party providers.

4. Intellectual Property & Fair Use

The LYPS Connect Directory name, logo, category classification schema, user interface designs, and custom software are property of LYPS Connect

Community agencies, schools, and non-profit coalitions are granted a non-exclusive license to link to, embed, and share directory resources in service of youth empowerment. Automated scraping or commercial resale of directory contact lists without written permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permissible under Kentucky and federal law, LYPS Connect, its directors, officers, staff, and partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the directory or participation in any listed third-party youth program.
